Our professional photographers guide each attendee through a quick and confidence-boosting session. Using professional lighting and backdrops, we capture high-quality headshots in a matter of minutes, keeping the line moving and the energy high.

Attendees can instantly view and select their favorite shots on-site. The chosen headshots are then professionally retouched and delivered directly to their email in real-time, ready to be downloaded and shared.

What are the space and power requirements for the headshot booth? Our typical setup requires a 12×12 foot space to accommodate the backdrop, lighting, and photographer. Access to a standard electrical outlet is also needed. We can often adapt to smaller spaces if necessary—just let us know your constraints! We also need Wifi.

How many people can you photograph per hour? Depending on the level of interaction and coaching, we can typically photograph between 20 and 30 guests per hour. We can add more photographers and stations to accommodate larger events.

Can the photos be branded with our company logo? Absolutely! We will work with you to create a custom-branded overlay that includes your logo, event name, or any other design elements you’d like. The email that delivers the photos can also be fully branded as well as each persons gallery.

Do attendees receive their photos immediately? Yes! That’s one of the best parts. Our instant sharing stations allow attendees to view their photos on their phones, select their favorite, and have it sent to their email within minutes of their session.

What is included in a standard headshot booth package? Our standard package includes a professional photographer, a complete studio setup with lighting and a backdrop, a branded photo overlay, an instant sharing station, and digital delivery of high-resolution images to all participants.

Do you serve areas outside of Dallas-Fort Worth? While we are based in the DFW metroplex, we love to travel! Contact us with your event details, and we can provide a quote that includes any applicable travel fees.
